I've heard that there is new iPhone out in the market, it has been identified as the iPhone 5. However, I would just like to ask if what makes it differ from iPhone 4s? They're the same apple software, right? then what makes it different from iPhone 4s? Can anybody help me recognize its difference?

The iPhone 5 is not available in the market right now but rumors spread and so does the specification of iPhone 5 along with it. For your second question yes they both are from Apple manufacturer. However based on news the difference between them has been floating on the internet but are not confirmed.
But we can confidently say that the newer version of iPhone would be having a better processor, a camera with much more pixels to capture, more ram, and other tweaking’s with design and applications.
