Hello Thomas,

Currently it seems that Road Angel does not provide installation for Windows 7. But it does support Windows Vista. You can try the following steps to manually install the USB driver. Follow the steps below:

N.B: Please ensure that your Road Angel device is turned on and connected to the PC before you start the process.

1. Click on the Start menu and select "Control Panel".

2. From the "Control Panel" select "Hardware and Sound".

3. Select "Device Manager". You should see on the list that there is an "Unknown Device".

4. Double click on "Unknown Device" and after a new window opens, click on "Reinstall Driver". If "Reinstall Driver" is not available then you can find it by clicking the "Driver" tab.

5. After clicking on "Reinstall Driver" a new window should open. Click on "Browse my computer for driver software".

6. A new dialog box should open listing the drives on your computer. Select "Windows (C:)" drive or whatever the drive your windows is installed.

7. Click on "Program Files" and then click on "Road Angel Group".

8. Then locate the folder named "Jungo8" and then click "OK".

9. Click "Next". You should see that Windows is now installing the driver.

10. If an alert shows up stating that "Windows can't verify the publisher of this driver software", click on "Install this driver software anyway".

11. After that a window will appear showing that the installation is completed. Click "Close".

I hope this helps.

Hi,

What bit version you are using? 32 or 64?

The driver you have may does not attuned with your OS. Find out the bit version of the OS from the properties. Check the bit version of the Road Angel by keeping the mouse pointer on the setup file for a while. If it does not match with your OS, then download and install the compatible version.

Thanks.
