• First of all, in order to get the drivers/driver installation files from the Internet, if you don't have the installation CD, is to go to the original website to download. Since this will give you genuine software.
• You may Google it or go directly to the website. The website in this case is 'https://www.canon.co.uk/.

• Once you open the website, look for a text link or menu item known as SUPPORT, DRIVER DOWNLOADS, DRIVERS & SUPPORT. Once you get this and click on it, you will be directed to the support and or drivers webpage.
• The link to the main site where the installation file can be downloaded is 'https://www.canon-europe.com/support/business-product-support/' although they use a sub domain known as 'https://www.canon-europe.com/support/business-product-support/' as shown;

• You should always make sure you are aware of the URL, since there are usually fake websites that tell you to give out your credit card information.
