Hi Jimmy,

On the installer exe file, double click the installer and follow the instructions carefuly. Click Run and run the installer as administrator. Follow the next step and the end of the installation.

Before you install the converter, you need to run and scan the installer on virus scanner.

Visit https://www.virustotal.com/en/ and click "choose file" and find the path where the installer found. And lastly, click "SCAN IT" and wait for a minute to finish scanning the file.
