You’d know that Photoshop plug-ins are .8bf files. You’ve to place each plugin in the plugin folder of presets (it'd be better if you create a plugin folder and place all the plugin there). It’s the plugin that helps us to make an image differ and attractive. Proper use of plugin may take the image to a new height. Here is a link:
