I am running Internet explorer 8 on my laptop. Now I want to install explorer 9. Do I need to uninstall explorer 8 first? How to install explorer 9 in laptop?
If you are running an Internet Explorer 8 on your laptop and wants to install the Internet Explorer 9, you don't need to uninstall the Internet Explorer 8, because when you install a new version it replaces the old version automatically.
As per microsoft, IE 9 isn't compatible with XP. IE 9 does not support XP cause it uses a resources from Aero DE and DirectX 10, this excludes XP. To install IE 9, download IE 9, in the file download click Run, in the User Account Control click Continue, then Restart your Laptop. IE 9 will advise you to update your add-ons installed in your computer.

Jo Ana is right if you have an existing explorer 8 you don't need to uninstall it. The right thing to do is to only upgrade it to explorer 9. But if you don't have this browser on your laptop there are available explorer 9 and you need to purchase it. Explorer is very convenient to use and user friendly. It also connects fast when it comes to surfing the web and playing games online.
