This problem would have been definitely occurred after the 10 days of grace period. Software automatically turns into the demo mode after 10 days which causes this problem of noise and inaccuracies. If you do the online registration the company will provide you a valid link to download the latest update of the Arc System and it will resolve your problem. Uninstall and reinstall will not remove your problem. So please do the registration.
Secondly please check if your interface is Core Audio Compliant for Mac. If not then please change your interface to resolve the problem.
