Let me share the solution:
Firstly, you would need a boot loader which will allow android firmware to be ported on wave. Simply, like we use multiloader for wave, there is ODIN3 for android. Unfortunately ODIN3 doesn’t support wave II because wave II boot loader is different. Another way of doing it is by using JTAG.

 Good news for you that now you can root your Wave 2 to Android 4.0.
All you have to do is:
1] You have to replace your zImage with newer version.
2] Install unlock root tool for PC.
3] Connect phone to PC and click on root.
