Hi Jaylonomarion,

In importing your wabfile contacts and addresses to Thunderbird follow the following steps:

If you are using Windows XP:
1 a. Open Outlook Express (if you don't have Outlook Express you can download it here).
   b. Select File from the menu.
   c. Choose Export in the File menu and select Address Book.
   d. Select Browse on the window and name your file, leaving the .csv extension (eg. myfile.csv). Choose a directory to save, preferably in your desktop.

If you are using Windows Vista/7:

2 a. Open Windows Live Mail (if you don't have Windows Live Mail you can download Windows Essentials here).
   b. In lower-left, Select Contacts.
   c. Click Export in the ribbon.
   d. Select a file format in the drop-down menu. If exporting multiple contacts, select .csv.
   e. Click Browse and choose a directory to save, preferably in your desktop.
   f. Click Next, then select the fields that you want to export.
   g. Click Finish.

3. Open Thunderbird > Tools, in the menu select Import
4. Locate the .csv file you exported from Outlook express or Windows Live Mail.
5. Select the file, then click Import. Your addresses and contacts will now import to thunderbird.

I hope this help.

Thanks
