How can I import my photos from my digital camera into iPhoto? I don’t have any ideas. So, please help me. Thanks!

This is easy to do. Just connect your digital camera to your computer/Macbook then launch iPhoto.  On the next window, on the first text field enter the event name for the imported photos (e.g. summer camp, beach trip or anything you want). On the second text field you can add a description for the event. There will also be a feature under iPhoto wherein it would automatically group your photos based on the date when the pictures were taken. If you want it that way then just check “Autosplit events after importing”. Now the last step would be to select whether you want to import all the photos or just some of them to your Macbook. Once selected, it will then import the photos to your “Photo Library” where you can further organize them.

And if you have iPhoto 11 or a newer version follow the steps below:

1.       Plug in your camera and open iPhoto

2.       Type in the event name for the photos your will import

3.       Then select whether to import selected photos or to import all to your Macbook

Note that copying photos might take several minutes depending on the number of files you are going to copy.
