How to implement screensavers on LAN? In the domain server and client server screen saver is it possible to put some wallpapers, screensavers and themes that will possibly make it cool? I think there are some of you had some experiences, can you share it with me?

In a cyber cafe this depends if your cyber cafe management software has a feature such as Customizable Randomized Screensavers Images, ask your provider if you are using a software like this.
If you are not using something like this then let's assume you are using Windows OS, the wallpaper on a system is a user defined property. If the profiles were defined in a Windows OS, an Admin can easily adjust them using the profile policy, you can set a default wallpaper, prohibit customization, etc. So if the computers are set to local, you will have to manually change the wallpapers on each computer.
