This is a brief Instruction on how to Install Windows Visual Style for Windows7.
First Download the Universal Theme Patcher(V1.5 Build20090409) > Install>Download Windows7, Android Theme> Extract the Theme> Copy Theme Folder> Paste in C:WINDOWS> Resources> Themes> Run Theme> Click Android 2x
