I wanted to start customizing my report so I hit the Configure option to start the “Report Customizer”.
I didn’t expect that I would encounter a problem. A window popped up saying
Can not open the Wizard. Please click on Help > Update Components.

It seems the report customizer has a problem and therefore you will need to fix it. The workaround I will suggest for you is as follows:
Update the report customizer application, so that old database components that may be malfunctioning will be replaced by new database components that do not have a problem. You can update the application directly online.
Restart the application after closing all its processes in the task manager. It could have been a temporary bug that will be fixed after you restart the application.
In case the problem persists, you will need to perform a reinstallation of the application to fix any bugs that it may be having.
