I would like to use Google spread sheet so that I can use and edit it whenever I stay but I do not know how I can use it.
So I need to know the system of new file opening, saving, editing, sharing in details so that I can operate and use Google spread sheet.
How I can use Google spread sheet?
If you have already created a Google Spreadsheet, save it by clicking the Save button on the upper right corner of the screen. Entering Data into the cells of this spreadsheet is just like the steps when using an Excel. You can also change the sizes of the rows and columns. You can use the Insert button to use formulas as well. Everything is automatically saved in your work as long as you are logged in and you can access your file using any computer. If you want to share your file, go to the Document List then choose the files you want to share and click Share under the Actions Menu. In the Sharing Settings, type the email addresses of the people you want to share your files with under Add People. On the rights side of the listed names, you can also choose if they Can View or Can Edit your file. There is a Share button found in the spreadsheet window as well.
