I am trying to access Terminal Server Session from I'VE.

I made it through;

Navigate to My computer > Properties > Remote > Enable the Network Level Authentication.
After enabling this, I get the following error message:

 "An internal state error has occurred. The remote session will be disconnected.

Your local computer might be low on memory.

Close some programs, and then try connecting to the remote computer again."

I need some help to resolve this matter.

Kindly, suggest for me what should I do.

Hi Ham_ape!

I will give you three solutions to resolve this particular issue:

1. You may try to perform the MSCONFIG to uncheck all unnecessary startup items from the system configuration utility window. Follow this link: http://netsquirrel.com/msconfig/msconfig_xp.html.

2. You may also delete or clear the temporary internet files in your browser. By doing so, open your browser such IE then click on TOOLS which can be found on the top right corner. Click on INTERNET OPTIONS. Under General Tab,  click on DELETE button below Browsing History. Then, choose DELETE to remove the website history, cookies, temporary internet files and preserve favourites website. Then, click on OK.

3. Last but not the least, you need to increase the virtual memory of your computer.

Follow this link and choose the steps for Windows XP: http://www.delete-computer-history.com/increase-virtual-memory.html.
