I have WordPress web site so when I make an article including some list serially one after another but when I published it then I see the serial list as paragraph type and at anyhow I cannot do it as serial list type.
Have any system so that I can apply for getting as list type?

You have some experienced in last version. Don't take hesitate
When you log in your blog. At the top of bottom you may see up blog in new series or your requiring old series. If you will not able to find this way, then you go to settings or new posts > type your posts > published on there i think it will turn in old one. There will not show serial to you.
For serial showing you can select applying 1. Computer then post must be based on computer. You may understand automatically if you trial in this way. Just keep running in there instructions.

It might be due to mistake in the CSS file of your theme. Check your CSS file and look on styling code for order lists.
Check <old> attributes. and remove this class/id code.
If still problem still there, try to change WordPress theme.
