HomeShop18Â is an excellent online shopping website with a poor customer support facility. I have personally ordered a few products and the service was ordinary. The only downside was that the delivery time is usually long for the products. It takes around a week to 10 days to deliver your product.
The site is good as long as you don't have to face the customer support. If you are ordering the gift for an occasion then I would advise you to either order very early or change the vendor.
