First download Skype for your NOKIA E5. Here are some links to download it from. Click on them to visit the page and download.
 
 
 
To make Skype Call :
1. Setup your Wlan or make yourself in 3G network coverage.
2. Make a Skype ID.
3. Tap the App and go to setting.>VOIP.>and  IM accounts.>New.>Skype.
4. Sign in and give details.
5. Tap the status and make Available yourself 
6. Click on Skype video call.

Hey Debra,

                    First of all install Skype for symbian from Nokia Ovi Suite or from Skype.com. Once you install it in your Nokia E5, Run it, sign in with your ID, and once you're logged in, tap on a contact and click on Video Call, and thats how you'll be able to make Video Calls.
