My PC is showing "This application failed to start because Y-Socks Port Scanner By _-Rs-_.exe was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem." Please kindly give me the solution for this problem.

It seems you have a big problem it might cause by different problem here is the list,
First if you have any anti-virus please scan your PC and look if there is just a virus affecting your pc.
Secondly please have a CHECK DISK.
And last please try to Clean your registry by using a particular program like Ccleaner or Clean My PC Registry.
