How to get Norton internet offline update? Is there an offline update for Norton antivirus? So that even if I am not internet connected but still I can update my antivirus for security reasons and purposes. Give me some answer to my question.

It will be better if you try to update your antivirus using internet. But you have another option that you mentioned. If you want to update your Norton Antivirus without internet connection then you need a USB flash drive. To do this:
Step 1: Point your web browser to the Norton Virus Definitions website.
Step 2: Download the compatible virus that you want to update.
Step 3: Transfer the file to the USF flash drive and Copy it over the definitions to the hard drive of the computer.Â

Hello Charles Marry, Software updates are done with internet connection. Your Computer can't update it if it doesn't have. But there is still a way to get an update.. It's to download an updated software whenever you have an internet connection or do it in an internet cafe. And just transfer it into your PC.
