If you don't get the pin then follow the steps
In Windows 7 or Windows Vista: C:Users\DocumentsSymantecNorton Security_PIN.txt
In Windows XP: C:Documents and Settings\My DocumentsSymantecNorton Security_PIN.txt
Here you can get that pin and you can use it.
