We use devices and come across them daily. Just take the example of a flash drive. But we hardly know how a flash drive works? Which part does it have?

The core of the flash drive is NAND gate memory chip. It contains our information. It has transistor-based semiconductor memory. We know that because it has moving parts. We can feel it moving and making the sound when we keep our hands on computer casing. It is more durable as we don't need moving parts. It has the nonvolatile memory which allows information to stay rather than disappearing at the time of power off. It has a low manufacturing cost. It has NAND gates arrangement in series. The basic of this is MOSFET. It consists of floating and control gate. Floating gate records all the data. Control gate manages the flow of charges. These two gates save and delete the file.
