How to fix KENDOUI updating error

Hi experts,

I am running Wizard and trying to update the paid version of KENDOUI. It showed a status of “Starting Download” so I did it but after some minutes the red error displayed “The operation has timed out”. How can I fix this issue to get the latest software? Any suggestion would be grateful. Thanks.

How to fix KENDOUI updating error


Hi Thomas M Littlefield,

I think that you are having a problem with regards on your internet connection, please check your internet connection first before having an update with that software, to check, you may ping your provider by going on start > cmd > and by typing there "-ping <server IP>" look if it has a request time out or no connection.
