Hello Dear iPhone user,

  • Here you did not mention that which operating system you are using in your computer. I solved this issue with windows XP operating system. If you use vista then also same procedures.
  1. Click start then Click Run and type services.msc and then press enter or click ok.
  2. Now Services window will come as below picture. Now select Apple Mobile Device from Left side of Services window.
  3. Right button click on Apple Mobile Device then click stop the service after stop this service then again right button click then start the service.

Now Open iTunes software and connect your iPhone and Restore your data.

  • You have so many troubleshooters. First you have to update your iPhone. Then restart your computer. This may allow you to successfully restore your iPhone.
  • If this does not solve your problem try to connect from a different USB port. Recommended ports are built in computer. Now try to restore your computer. You can also do this to restart Apple mobile device on Window based PC. This method also worked several times.
  • To do so close your iPhone and disconnect from your computer ; go to Control Panel. Open administrative tools ; open services and then select Apple devices and then click on stop services.
