Hello Lynn,

Try different audio configurations or different audio receive options. Or else you can try the following method.

Usually if it was affecting FIFA only, my suggestion is to delete the Game Data, clean the lens, rebuild the databases and reloading the game. The fact this is happening on Saints Row as well may indicate the issue is elsewhere but deleting the Game Data is a better place to start for the games affected.

Hope this should help. Regards!

Hi,

I can help you with some basic trouble shooting steps to fix the issue with the FIFA game on your computer.

>>Go to sound menu and check whether the crowd volume is configured.

>>Make sure your sound card driver is updated to the latest version.

>>Check if the game is a genuine FIFA application and not a pirated version.

>>Please make a note of the latest applications installed on your computer and run a system scan with your antivirus program.

If the above steps do not help, I suggest you to reinstall the FIFA on your computer.

Thanks and regards,

Skarbos Jay.

If you were able to play the game successfully for about three months then this is probably just a minor problem. Review the system requirements of the game to make sure it is fully compatible with your machine. FIFA 12 supports Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7.

It requires Intel Core 2 Duo 2.66 GHz or faster or AMD Athlon II X2 245e or higher, 1 GB RAM for Windows XP and 2 GB RAM for Windows Vista and Windows 7, sound card, and NVIDIA GeForce 6800 or ATI Radeon X1600 graphics adapter. Since the problem is only with the sound and you are still able to play the game, try updating your sound card’s driver.

If there is no update available for your sound card, try reinstalling its driver. Download Revo Uninstaller Freeware. Use the supplied password to unpack. Once installed, launch Revo Uninstaller, select your sound card software from the list, and then click “Uninstall”. Follow the instructions to completely uninstall the program without leaving any files and registry entries behind.

Restart your computer afterwards then go to CCleaner Free Download then download and install CCleaner Free. Start CCleaner then clean your system. Install your sound card software back then run FIFA 12 again. See if the sound is back to normal. If you want to register CCleaner, download CCleaner Registration Codes. Use the supplied password to unpack. Open “license-keys_readme.txt” with Notepad and follow the instructions.

If the problem continues, reinstall the entire game. Use Revo Uninstaller to uninstall FIFA 12 completely and then install it back.
