How to fix error when using Safe Wallet for iPhone 1.2.2?

Hi,

I am using the Desktop (trial) version of Safe Wallet for iPhone 1.2.2 but I keep on receiving a desktop error message whenever I the Synchronize manager. The problem arises after creating a new wallet on the desktop. When choosing the Sync Mode option while opening a Safe Wallet the desktop error “10004 :address details resolved but exception when trying to connect” appears. I’m using Windows XP and Wi-Fi Internet connection. My connection is provided through a router which is acceptable for other iPhone software. Thank you in advance for any help.

Hi,
In my experience the SafeWallet application version 1 XX gives some strange behaviors. You have not mentioned its behaviors in detail, but I assume based on experience, that you may be having issues with your Routers DHCP. Please do check the MAC address of your I Phone on the router, is it correct? Because sync manager does not work if there is a fault in MAC address, even though other applications keeps on working
Now other behavioral issue can be that if you sync with your PC, you will notice a new Wallet on your I Phone, and this keeps on adding. If f you try to sync with I Phone again a new wallet.
