I get the error message every time when I try to upgrade Symantec Encryption Desktop to a latest version. What could be the causes of this annoying error? How can I fix it? Can I get solution which is useful without creating any problem? I am waiting for your suggestion. Thanks for any help.

How to fix error when custom action.wisecustomcalla2.dll is invalid
This error is caused by two reasons,
Either you don't have the rights to pull an update, then try to login as admin or if on machine later then win vista 'Run as Administrator'
or because for some reason there PGP file from old installations in TEMP folder of system, which can be addressed by deleting the PGP folder completely before running for update
To access TEMP folder go to START -> RUN -> type '%TEMP%', and then delete any folder or file starting with PGP.
