How to fix error message for disabled account

Hi,

TurboCASH is a good accounting software with many functionalities that are crucial for accountants like me. My problem is that I got the error image shown below stating that my account is disabled. After the error I tried a different account and still did not succeed. What can I do next?

Error: This batch does not validate! ODAVIE Mr. Mike Davies. This account is disabled and cannot be used.

Hi Samuel,
The error has occurred because either Debtor or Creditor account is disabled.
The solution to fix the Debtor Account:
1) Click 'Edit', 'Accounts', 'Debtor' menu option
2) Select the 'Debtor Account' due to which the error occurred
3) Click 'Accounting Information' tab and deselect 'Account Disabled field'
The solution to fix the Creditor Account:
1) Click 'Edit', 'Accounts', 'Creditor' menu option
2) Select the 'Creditor Account' due to which the error occurred
3) Click 'Accounting Information' tab and deselect 'Account Disabled field'
