Hi,
I am using AVS4U business network alongside AC3filter which is a free audio decoder and processor filter.I think there is a conflict between them because ever since I installed AC3filter, AVS4U has been displaying the error below. Please help me figure out the problem.
Error: The exception unknown software exception (0xc0000417) occurred in the application at location 0x094e7ddd.
How to fix error AVS4U software and AC3filter conflict
You can fix this problem by two ways:-
The first one is to let the program communicate via firewall
The second one is to perform a system restore to revert back to correct and optimum working conditions for the program. The steps are:-
1 > Click on Start tab, type system restore in the Start Search box and then click on System Restore tab in the Programs list. If the system prompts you for an administrator password or confirmation, type your password or click Continue.
2 > In the System Restore dialog box, click Choose a different restore point, and then click Next.
3 > In the list of restore points, click a restore point that was created before you had began to experience the issue that you are currently facing, and then click Next.
4 > Click Finish to end.
