I installed MFL-Pro Suite to get flexibility, functionality and enjoyment from a Brother Machine and a Brother printer. But I got the error below to start up and then I reinstalled it as advised but still error doesn’t go away. What do I do?
Error: Internal Error 2723. NewProductFound
The PaperPort installer doesn’t respond
Please Restart your PC and then ensure all active applications are closed. Then reinstall MFL-Pro Suite.
How to fix Error 2723 and IS001 Error on MFL-Pro Suite
These errors occur because ScanSoft™ PaperPort™11SE is already installed into your computer. To solve this problem, install MFL-Pro Suite without PaperPort® 9.0SE.
Note: In that case you need CD-ROM. So you need to download Full Driver and Software Package.
Now follow these steps:
1. First of all, insert the “CD-ROM” into the drive.
2. Then the choice “Install Option Applications”
3. Choose MFL-Pro Suite Without “PaperPort® 9.0SE”.
That’s all your problem is solved.
