How to fix a computer that has blue screen problem? Last night I installed a game to my computer and then I get up and the blue screen of death thing comes up. I tried going into safe mode and all of that and it won't even let me do that. It says that "windows installed a new hardware or software" etc.

I do not have windows XP disc. What does anyone recommend I do to solve this problem. Can anyone help me to solve this problem? Because its freaking me out and really don't know what to do anymore.

  • Go to the Problem Report and Solution option.
  • Then click on the Check For new solution option from the Tasks pane, which is located on the upper left side of the window.
  • Windows will start to search a new solution. You may have to wait for a while. If the windows will find a new solution then follow the step to fix the problem or Windows will not find a new solution; then close the windows.

Solution 2: You have to update new drivers for your windows. Follow the step below

  • Go to the start menu and then click on the Control panel option.
  • Then go to the windows update, by double clicking.
  • After finishing your Windows update, install the latest update driver.
  • If the windows remain, update automatically ; then just install the update drives for your windows.

  • Then go to Next  ;click next and then click on the Finish Option.
  • When System Restore is working, you have to wait for a while and automatically restart your computer.
  • After your System Restoring is finish. I hope your problem will be solved.

Solution 4: In most cases it is caused by computer memory.

  • To resolve this problem you have to make sure that all your SIMM’s or Single Inline Memory Module are in same speed and same type. If it will not in same type or in same speed then you have to reset this.
  • You have to check your CMOS if it is set in right amount of RAM. If this is not set to the correct amount, then reset memory.

Solution 5: You have to create a memory dump file for setting a Windows NT.

  • Go to the start menu and then click on the control panel option.
  • Then click on the startup/shutdown tab and create a memory dump file.
  • Make sure that where you want to place the memory dump file there must have enough space for placing this.
  • And make sure that your physical RAM memory space must have above 1 MB.
  • If you can place the dump file successfully then your problem will be solved.

Solution 6: If you can’t resolve the problem, then you can change your operating system in service pack 2 or Windows Vista.

Blue screen error occurs due to many reasons. Virus inflections, hardware faults, system files corruption…etc.

Clean your motherboard well, RAM port, SATAATA cables …etc.  Fix the components correctly. Start the computer. If the error remains, restore your system using safemode command prompt.

Check your processor also.

Hi good day,

Sometimes we’ve get these kinds of error during the installation of any kind of software or there is incompatibility  between the system and the software that has been installed. To resolve these kind of issues, Download the Ccleaner software to fix the registry of the system. Then don’t forget to clean the memory card Pin, just clean it by using pencil eraser or kinds of eraser that you have. Scratch the Pin of memory card and after cleaning, insert it into memory RAM or other wise add memory card in the RAM.

Thank you, hope its help
