Being an inexperienced chap in working with Citrix, I need the help of experienced people out there. Every time after logging in to Citrix Server, a message pops up “Citrix XenApp cannot contact the license server”
The services become inaccessible after some time.
Please help in fixing cannot contact the license server in Citrix XenApp error.
How to fix cannot contact the license server in Citrix XenApp
A problem in core installation file of XenApp causes this error.
• Visit https://www.citrix.com/login?url=https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX126713?download and download the required zip file
• In XenApp server’s folder, extract the files.
• Run the registry file to make the change.
• Restart the server.
However, not all values of previous registration keys are restored and this is causing the reappearance of errors.
