How can I send emails to my client automatically using time set program email  were the program automatically sends email everytime you program it to DATE and TIME. I work in a company that sends bulk of email everyday in a different schedule or time, this is more on invitational like birthdays etc. Is there a ready software for this?

I don't know about any software that can send emails automatically at scheduled time but i can tell you about an excellent alternative.
You can assign this job to a human. All you got to do is to sign up with a organization that manages internet jobs such as Odesk. Then post your job and find the ideal candidate by doing interviews. You decide the payment scheme and the amount of work to be done. Let the person you chose take care of all your emails. This will save lot of time and labour in your part with little expenses. Internet jobs are getting more popular in at present so make good use of it. At the same time beware of any scam site that may trick you into paying a sum of money.

For sure you can set your emails so that they are sent automatically at a certain time or date as you wish. You will need to use an application called automailsender.
