NewFileTime is a free and extremely small application which can be used to change the creation/ modification/ accessed timestamp associated with any file or folder.
It does not require any installation, simply the download the application, extract it and start using it.
You can this download this application from several websites, such as from freewarefiles.
NewFileTime is portable and can be carried in removable media such as pen drive.
It is very simple to use, open application, place the file or files whose timestamp need to be changed and then save your changes by clicking 'Set-Time'. See the screenshot below –
