How to edit .gif in photoshop to be transparent?

When I'm editing a photo in photoshop on my computer it's perfectly fine, but when I upload it on the internet this is what happens, I want to make it transparent.

I don't know how to fix it, someone had it occured before? How to solve this?

Hi, Brenda Lopez you should try using blending option. If you make the background transparent it will turn out while when you upload it to the web you have to choose a color combination in order to make it  look transparent. The trick to this is a careful mixture of color you can go to you tube and search for there you can find ways and means on how to do it.
