To re-create a message, you can use a keyboard shortcut to duplicate the message. The message body will contain the complete contents of the original message, only adjust the address of the duplicated message to be sent to the new recipient.

Following are 3 different ways to duplicate an email:

1. If you want to duplicate any particular message, click  in any of the boxes: To, Cc, Bc, Subject and Press CTRL+F.

2. To stop the junk  mail or mailing list messages, many users often rules the message to avoid duplication. To fix this, add the stop processing more rules option to each rule that you have setup.

For this, Go to Tools->Rules and Alerts. Double click rule in the Rules and Alerts Window. When it is opened, select next to go to the Select Action(s) window and then tick mark the Stop Processing More Rules option and then, click finish. If you have multiple rules, you may need to repeat this cycle for each rule that you have active.

3. The quick and easy way to duplicate an email message and save in folders is: Left click on the email to select then hold the CTRL key. Now, drag and drop the email into the folder  where you want to create a duplicate.

Hope one of the above information helps you for better resolution.

2. To avoid the duplication of the junk mails, we rule the message. In order to stop that option and get access through the multiple messages, go to Tools -> Rules and Alerts. Double click rule in the Rules and Alerts Window. When it is opened, select next to go to the Select Action(s) window and then tick mark the Stop Processing More Rules option and then, click finish. But this rule has to be setup for each message.
