Intel has already announced in May that they are going to launch the Intel 4 series mobile driver for windows 8. You can check that in Intels download page.
I will provide you the where exactly you can get the same.

I am not sure whether Intel has released or not but you need to search them based on your system requirements.
Also please look at this link to where I am not clear whether same windows 7 drivers will work windows 8 or not.
