How to download a remove user level security for free? Just to lessen the strict security for databases which I handled in my new project. I want it to be secured by another user but with me it is alright to minimize the security measures.

There is no need to download a separate tool to remove the user level security. You can do this using Microsoft Access. It works with Access 2003 and also Access 2007. There is a built in option to edit the security level of your database in access. Just follow the steps below to remove the user level security:
1. Run Microsoft Access on your computer. Make sure you are logged in as the administrator.
2. Open your database and link it to access. Now go to the settings tab.
3. In the settings tab select the security window. Now, select the database security option and a new window will open.
4. In the new window, select the remove user level security option and click save changes.
This should solve your problem.
