How to download ibm intel pentium 4 sound driver?

You did not mention the model number of your motherboard. Search the Internet with your motherboard details.Or you can go directly to the IBM website and then search for your sound card driver. Under the Support and Downloads, select the Download tab and enter the correct information so you can be able to find the driver you were looking for.

There may be links to download drivers for your IBM intel Pentium 4 but I think you should try DriverMax. It is a free software which detects hardwares and find drivers and even update them:

You can either download the driver from the internet and then manually install it, or you can choose to run the update of the driver directly online. If you choose to download the driver,   I will recommend that you download from the Intel Pentium site.

Otherwise, if you choose to install the driver directly, you will need to use the following procedure:

• On your computer, click on the Start button, and then locate My Computer and right click on it.
• Choose properties and then locate Task Manager in the window that will open.
• Click Task Manager to open the task manager window.
• After that locate the sound driver option from the list and right click on it, and then update the drivers online.
