Hi Dear,

You cannot download a adobe plug in if the java script is not enabled in the browsers.

So enable java script first from tools or setting. Then restart your browser and try again.

It does not finish because there may be non supportive proxy. So download directly.

You will get full and other accessory solution.

It may look like it has nothing to do with your internet connection but you might want to check the proxy settings in your browser.

If you are using Internet Explorer, you can:

1. Close all open Internet Explorer

2. Click Start > on Search Programs and Files, type: inetcpl.cpl > Enter

3. Click Tools > Internet Options > Connections tab > LAN settings

4. Make sure that on the Local Area Network settings window, all the boxes should be left unchecked. Then click Ok.

5. Click Advanced tab > Restore Advanced Settings

6. Click Reset > Apply > Ok

7. Launch Internet Explorer

Make sure that you are on the correct website for the download and try downloading again.

In the event that you are still experiencing the same problem, just go to your control panel and instead check for Windows Update to check for the latest update for your software then try to download and install the software.

Uninstalling and reinstalling the software would be one of the options.
