Big company especially BPO prefer to have a fast connection especially if they are in the outsourcing business. lease line Bandwidth On Demand is very significant on their business due to it's bandwidth hungry sometime. Every day some companies have their maintain bandwidth example 5mb this is the minimum bandwidth consumption per day. When they are in a rush in order to meet deadline they have to exceed bandwidth because most of them upload files or download files more than ordinary day. At this times company will really exceed it's bandwidth with just a click on their most they can burst up to 100mb speed or up to 1Gb depending on their requirement at that date. The telco company calculate it's usage by just a spike they used a tool like MRTG for the monitoring online.
