I want to know how  Airtel connects PC suit net speed works. I don't have any experience with that app so please tell me how to start using it.

Are you talking about tethering your phone with the computer? If you have mobile internet on your phone, download and install the respective PC suite on the phone that you’re using.
Once done, launch the application and there would be an option to connect to the internet. This would enable you to use internet on your computer via your mobile phone data network.
