I have a wireless keyboard and mouse. Not exactly sure how to install them. I have Windows 7. I tried, but it keeps saying, "device not found".
First from the task bar, select the (start) icon, then on the right side (menu) select Devices and Printers – look for a Bluetooth device

Right click on  the Bluetooth tool and select  Bluetooth Settings.

Check the box that says ( Allow Bluetooth Devices to Find This Computer) Select ok. Â
This allows the Bluetooth devices to be seen on the network, it basically sends a signal to and from the devices.

TIP: It is important to make sure that the device you are pairing with is on and Bluetooth enabled.
**Both instruments should see each other and connect or transmit messages. Your device should now be available as shown below.
Windows should (now) be creating a connection code. Connections codes are usually only required for phones.
Enter the connection code in your phone or device (if required). You are still in the connection phase, do not disable the devices until installation is complete. Once system has completed, your device should appear letting you know the set up is complete.

OK, do I do it for both devices or just one? Can I do them at the same time or at different intervals? I will be trying to work on it, perhaps I will have the issue resolved. Thanks.
I would recommend, disabling the (search for Bluetooth) device on each item when you're done. Â If not, it will keep searching for connections.
Yes, in order to have each Bluetooth item functional, you have to do it one at a time. It would be pretty cool and fast if we could do a few at one time. I haven't tried it but this is something to look into. If the images are too small, here are larger images:
