Hi,

When I try to import the latest version or the version on the Stellaris CD of StellarisWare into CCSv4, an error occurs. Version on the Stellaris CD is 8555.

Here is the error.

Error loading Managed Make project information for project driverlib-cm4f

Managed Make Project File Error:

The Managed Make project file could not be read because of the following error:

Error loading Managed Make project information for project driverlib-cm4f. The tool

definitions used to create the project are not available.

Managed Make functionality will not be available for this project.

Do I need to make any new configuration for StellarisWare or CCS?

I didn’t have any issues with it earlier until I reformatted my laptop and reinstalled CCSv4 from the disk I was provided with my dev board for the LM3S9B96.

I ran a full update on all things too.

But currently I am unable to import StellarisWare.

Please suggest your solutions for this.

Thanks.

The file that is being shown in the error is causing the problem. The drive is not able to read it and that is why it is not going forward.

  1. What you can do is to find a duplicate or replace the file.
  2. For this you need to install the software again so that it can replace the file by itself.
  3. You can also locate it by browsing through disk and getting that one particular file and copy it.
  4. After that go to the installed directory folder and paste the file.
  5. If the error still persists, make sure that you are not using anything that would potentially cause this error to happen.
