Almost like or perfect are pirated softwares being copied. We cannot differentiate the difference. How is the best way to know the original and pirated MS Office for us to avoid? The logo , format and other features are almost perfect. Anyway who can give us tips on how to detect it? So to avoid pirated software and pay only for the original.

It is good hear that you are promoting use of genuine software as it pays for the hard work of someone. You are also right that the pirated software is little to no different from the genuine software. The only thing that differentiates most of the time is the key that is being used for the activation of the application. This is the same for every application and this office application also.
You can check your software’s registration by going in the About Office in tools. Here you can see your registration. If its on your name and you know that you have purchased the license then its genuine. And in company’s case it would be on the name of company. Moreover you can also validate your copy of Office by checking it online
