First, locate the data on which the table is to be created. Select one of the desired cells. Right click on that cell and from the new opened options, click on insert and then on pivot table. Then, a new box will open marked pivot table. It will look like this: In the first radio button, select it and enter the starting and ending values of the cells using which the table is to be created. Alternatively, the red box at the end can be pressed so that you can drag and select the desired cells.

Choose between the third and fourth radio button to select where the table is to be placed and click ok.
