I am having some trouble dealing with internet proxies and I need to do it quick. I do not know how to do it manually. Should I do it with control panel or it has to be done with the browsers. Please help me out on this problem. Give me all the possible results for this proxy settings.

Don’t worry about Proxy settings. I am here to help you. Proxy must be set from the browser.
Every browser has its own procedure to set the proxy manually.
I am going to tell you proxy settings for the three most used browser.
1. Mozilla Firefox:
Open Mozilla Firefox.
Go to Tools > Options > Advance >Network
Click on Settings in Connection section.
Select "Manual proxy configuration"
Now configure the proxy manually and press ok and restart the browser.
2. For Internet Explorer:
Open Internet Explorer
Go to Tools > Internet Option > Connection Tab > LAN Settings.
Check the box under PROXY SERVER and make sure that both boxes under AUTOMATIC CONFIGURATION.
Set your proxy and restart IE.
3. For Opera:
Open Opera
Go to Tools > Preference > Advance > Connection (on Right Pane)
Select PROXY SERVER and set proxy manually
