I was living in Malaysia for 6 years. I was using my MSN without having any problem. Now, I just moved back to my home land and was trying to log-in to my MSN, but it has been blocked. It asked me to log-in from the place where I used to log-in.It was asking me to reset the password through cellphone number. Currently, I am unable to receive call and sms from that cellphone number just because of the deactivated roaming services.
How do i will unlock my msn id?
Well you can reset your password by using the Reset Password page. Let me give you the link which will reset your password: (https://account.live.com/resetpassword.aspx) Just go to the link and enter your email address. Also type in the picture characters and click Next. You will see four different options through which you can reset the password.
I would suggest you go for Customer support as that's the best way to reset your password immediately without any delay. So once you select Customer support, it will take you to the validation process where it will ask you a couple of questions about your account to prove your ownership.
Thats it. You're done. You can then change the password as per your convenience.
