I have an old Compaq C302 laptop that has an Intel processor, 512 MB RAM, 80 GB HDD and running on Windows 7.  I recently purchased a plug and play WWAN USB card to access the internet while on the go.  I plug it in but my laptop won't detect it.  How do I use command line Windows 7 WWAN?

Your laptop though old will work just fine. Click the start button on your keyboard, click on search programs and file and on the search window type cmd. Hold ctrl and shift keys and press enter, this will enable you to access the cmd as an administrator. Confirm the user control pop-up and these enables you to view the cmd window. To start WWAN autoconfig, type net start wwansvc and to stop type net stop wwansvc.
