Moment on supplants Windows Sleep mode. Is the Windows Gadget running? It'll let you know the foresee existence with it on contrasted with standard Sleep.

Slumber boots the framework in 2-3 seconds, however doesn't reinforcement your work, so in 2-3 days if your electric chill bites the dust in doze mode you lose unsaved information.

Rest recoveries your Windows session and your work, regardless of the possibility that your electric storage device expires, however all that's needed is as long to boot as a frosty boot.

Moment on recoveries your Windows session and your work (such as rest), yet still boots the framework in 2-3 seconds (like slumber). Additionally it'll keep going anyplace up to 15+ days, hinging on your electric cell limit and its charge.

Based on your laptop model, there are no available drivers for Windows 8 yet. However, you can still try to install the Instant On software by doing these steps:

1. Click this support link for Asus 1025C which is for your exact laptop model.
2. Click the drop-down box and select Windows 7 (since no Windows 8 driver is available this will be the one used).

3. It will display lists of drivers below. Click Utilities.

4. Look for the Instant On description. Below it, click the link named Global to download the driver.

5. After downloading, do not run the setup. Open the file instead, and open the Data folder.

6. Look for the 409.msi file. Double-click this to run the setup.

This should have installed Instant On in your Windows 8 laptop.
